Allie Santos, RFA

Executive Director

Allie began her career in dementia care in 2005, after receiving a degree from California State University, Fullerton, in the field of Human Services. Prior to receiving her license as a long term care administrator in 2015, she worked as a Director of Community Outreach, where the main focus was engaging and educating the community on dementia care capabilities in Nevada. This included working with small groups of healthcare professionals, as well as speaking at conferences. Allie frequently volunteers for various organizations, however most recently she enjoyed being the co-chair of the Alzheimer’s Association’s “Walk to End Alz”. She believes that giving back and being of service is an important part of all that we do in all aspects of life, including here at Vineyard Henderson.

Rudy Rubalcaba

Director of Sales and Marketing

A long-time Las Vegas/Henderson resident, Rudy’s been involved in the Alzheimer’s Association for 10+ years, serving as a Chairman and Event Emcee. He’s been working in senior communities since 2009. Rudy developed a passion for memory care from his own personal experiences, as his in-laws had Alzheimer’s and dementia. Rudy received his bachelor of science in health care administration from University of Phoenix. He loves sharing his experience with family members to better help them with their new journey on caring for their loved ones.

Dana Oscars

Care Services Director

Dana has a passion for helping those who are sick, elderly, physically and mentally challenged and terminally ill. Her experience is predominantly in Hospice, where she has served as CNA, LPN and a Manager. She has found in memory care the ideal balance of hands-on-care and leadership, with her prior experience as a Health Services Director. She enjoys the continued opportunity to serve her community.

Mayra Reza

Business Office Manager

With over 12 years experience in healthcare, Mayra has worked in senior care as well as in the medical non-profit field. She began her business office career in 2012 as the office manager for an assisted living community where she provided admin support to families, residents and the community staff. To Mayra, providing a service that improves someone’s day, whether it’s directly or indirectly, is very important. ‘Being able to make a positive impact, no matter how big or small, is what I enjoy the most about my job’.

Brooke Kasel

Life Enrichment Director

In her previous role with the city of North Las Vegas, Brooke found her passion for senior citizens which then lead her to Vineyard. Brooke is very creative, artsy, patient and has a passion to help others. Here at Vineyard, she enjoys making a difference in each of our resident’s lives. Her goal is to encourage, invite and assist your loved one to participate in activities that they may have not done in some time. Brooke looks forward to making a difference in your loved one’s life.

Robert Hernandez

Environmental Services Director

Robert has over 15 years of experience working with senior communities. He joins the Vineyard team humbled to work with seniors because they have taught him to be a better person. He views each day as an opportunity to make a difference in seniors lives and describes his role as very rewarding and fulfilling knowing he is impacting others. We are excited to have him!

Stephen Romeo

Executive Chef

With more than 40 years of global experience in the restaurant hospitality industry, Chef Stephen utilizes his extensive and versatile background to create memorable dining for our residents at Vineyard Henderson. His previous roles are awe-inspiring, with several awards and accolades under his belt. Serving as the national culinary director for SRG with 5 Restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, locations in both Houston & Atlanta, he led a culinary staff of over 250 people. He also served as an Executive and Private Chef for events hosted by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Martha Stewart, Oprah Winfrey, the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and many more!
