With more than 140,000 votes for the Best of Bluffton and Sun Today Select Awards, we’re thrilled to announce that Vineyard Bluffton has been voted Top 3 for the following categories:
- Best Assisted Living Community: Best of Bluffton & Sun Today Select
- Best Retirement Community: Best of Bluffton
- Best Rehabilitation/Skilled Nursing Facility: Sun Today Select
Thank you to Bluffton Today and everyone who voted! This is a fabulous accomplishment as a new senior living community, and we’re honored for the recognition!
Vineyard Gives: CAPA
For this month’s Vineyard Gives initiative we’ll be supporting The Child Abuse Prevention Association, CAPA, which exists to break the destructive cycle of child abuse and neglect by equipping parents, children and their caregivers with necessary skills, knowledge and values.
We’re hosting a gift card drive to support their back-to-school fundraiser!
Gift Cards support CAPA and the families and children that they serve in many ways. For example, their back to school drive will provide:
- School uniforms and clothes
- School supplies
- Meals when their teens are on day trips around the state
- Help with food and gas expenses for parent visitations
- Birthday presents
- Graduation presents
Please consider dropping off a VISA Gift Card, or another pre-paid gift card at Vineyard this month to support the cause! We’ll accept drop-offs at our front desk, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

July Happenings
We had a busy month in July with lots of events for our residents and Tribe, read on for a run-down of all the fun.
Fourth of July Celebrations 🇺🇸
Our residents had a blast celebrating Independence Day! They had festive attire, enjoyed gatherings and delicious summer drinks and food.
Health, Wellness and You Week
We hosted our first “Health, Wellness & You” Week and it was a smashing success!
Our goal was to show our residents that focusing on wellness doesn’t have to be difficult and daunting–it can be fun!
We hosted activities that highlighted the importance of health for your mind, body and soul—including a smoothie party, traveling hydration stations, yoga and a guest-hosted physical therapy session.
To make it a bit more interesting, we gamified the event with a raffle. Each time a resident participated they received an opportunity to win a prize.
Thank you to our wonderful staff for developing this now annual tradition and prioritizing the health, wellness and enjoyment of our Vineyard residents! 👏🏼
