Happy holiday season!

At Vineyard, we’ve had a busy fall as we welcomed our first residents to the community! We’re so thrilled to serve our residents and their families as we move into the holiday season and welcome the New Year.  Our Tribe has also been busy in the community attending events and supporting local organizations.

Read our 2020 Holiday Newsletter to learn about Vineyard community updates as well as causes that you can help support.

Community Opening

We received our licensure for residents to move in on October 2nd (with a perfect survey—no needed improvements!)  🎉 Since then, we’ve moved residents into both assisted living and memory care.

We also welcomed some other guests. Check out our brand new Koi fish below!

Events and Happenings

In addition, we’ve hosted many events for residents throughout the fall. These include a Veterans’ Day program for those who served, a “Furever Friends” activity with visiting dogs and even a pumpkin decorating contest. .

Holiday Giving

As a part of our Vineyard Gives initiative, we supported two local charities during the holiday season.

Operation Christmas Child

First, our Tribe created boxes for Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child. We dropped those off earlier this month to be sent to children throughout the world for this holiday season.

Holiday Toy Drive

We’re also a donation drop-off site for Bluffton Self Help’s Holiday Toy Drive. You can drop off new toys at our location now through December 9th.

Vineyard in the News

Our community was highlighted in local media as we opened doors and moved in residents this past October. Check out some of the Vineyard features below!

  • Lowcountry Business Connection: Head over to pages 14-15 in the HHI Bluffton Chamber of Commerce newsletter, listing us as their newest Platinum Chamber Champion.
  • Bluffton Sun: We were featured in an announcement of new and re-opening local businesses.
  • Hilton Head Monthly: Vineyard was highlighted as one of the many reasons that the Lowcountry is such a popular spot to retire—we couldn’t agree more!
  • Senior Network: Our sales director, Lindsay Edwards, was a recent guest on WHHITV’s Senior Network. Lindsay explained what makes Vineyard so unique. Watch the full video below!
