Alzheimer’s Support Group – Nov 16
Vineyard Henderson is hosting Alzheimer’s support groups the third Thursday of every month! We invite you to join us for our next meeting Thursday, November 16 from 10 – 11 am. with our Support Group Coordinator, Jennifer McIntosh from Lenus Hospice.

Walk to End Alzheimer’s Art Show
Creative juices were flowing when our residents created beautiful canvas art to help raise awareness for our Walk to End Alzheimer’s event that took place on Oct. 28. Thank you for all the donations and support to our team!
Oktoberfest with German Dancers
Throwback to the Oktoberfest celebration with German dancers. The residents had so much fun not only watching, but also dancing with the entertainers!
International Artist’s Day
We celebrated International Artist’s Day on Oct. 25.
Our residents always have a wonderful time showcasing their creativity through painting and crafts– it’s truly an activity that enriches their lives!
Falling for Fall Activities
We love fall! Our residents had the best time pumpkin painting to celebrate the season.

Employee Spotlight is our Resident Assistant, Eli. He was kind enough to share some details about himself.

- Who influenced your life the most?- Both of my parents.
- What made you want to work in this field?- I feel it is one of the best fields to get into because you are giving back and helping other people, which you can’t get in any other field.
- Favorite thing about working at Vineyard?- The environment, being able to brighten people’s days and help people that can’t help themselves, as much.

- Favorite Book: No specific book. He enjoys reading all types of books, the newspaper and daily chronicles.
- Favorite Food Here: James loves everything that has been served at Vineyard.
- Favorite thing about living at Vineyard? He enjoys staying active and participating in activities. James loves helping others and he enjoys socializing with others, exercising daily and painting canvases with others. One thing he also loves doing every day is walking around the courtyard.
- Who are three people, famous, living, or dead, you would invite to a dinner party? Frank Sinatra, his parents, and siblings.
