Executive Director

Sharon’s 14 years of experience in senior living administration, sales, and operations has been centered on building a team of caring professionals to serve residents and their families. Sharon believes that focusing on this goal ensures engaging resident programs, beautifully prepared meals, a well-run campus, and most importantly, encourages personal connections that enhance residents’ lives.  At Vineyard Johns Creek we aim to provide opportunities for all of us, staff and residents, to grow together in meaningful ways.

Christine Cavanaugh

Sales Director

With over two decades of experience coupled with a certificate in Geriatric Care Management, Christine is passionate about educating families about senior living. She is dedicated to making sure all your questions are answered, your concerns addressed, and any fears are alleviated. Christine and her husband moved from New York to Johns Creek in 1996 and have 2 daughters.

Charisse Moore

Customer Service Representative

With a degree in communications, Charisse has over 10 years experience in the healthcare industry including 8 years as a Customer Care Professional. She’s driven to help seniors thrive, have companionship, be socially engaged and enjoy their lives. Her desire is to bring fresh new insights to Vineyard Johns Creek while serving the senior community well.

Aldin Lenjinac

Culinary Services Director

With a degree in culinary arts, Chef Aldin inherited his talent from his family. His fond memories of food bringing people together to laugh and socialize is the back bone of his passion for food. Aldin joins us with many years of experience working in restaurants, hospitals and skilled nursing communities. He is honored to be part of talented team at Vineyard Johns Creek, and grateful for the opportunity to ensure that we provide great service and flavorful food. In our Savor restaurant, he will provide nutritious food created with best available ingredients to please any palate.

Tammy Mullins

Business Office Director

Tammy has 25 years of Human Resources and Business Office Management experience.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management.  She works diligently to provide empathetic, compassionate, and fair solutions for her team, residents, and families. Putting service to others above all else has enabled Tammy to build many long-lasting relationships. Building these relationships allows a deeper sense of belonging and makes everyone feel at home.

Connor Hoven

Move-in Coordinator

Connor Hoven is a recent graduate of Lee University with a degree in Healthcare Administration. Connor has a heart for older adults which was greatly influenced by his grandparents. His passion to be in senior living grew from watching his family and grandparents manage the struggles that come with Alzheimer’s Disease. Connor is excited to grow in his career learning with every experience and to provide that helpful support that was given to him and his family in their time of need.

Jewell Lucien

Care Services Director

Jewell has over 25 years of experience as a healthcare professional in a variety of settings. Her passion was cultivated through patient visits, learning about their daily challenges, coping with illness, loss of a loved one and what dementia looks like. Jewell exercises patience and compassion in her delivery of care to promote positive well-being and enhanced quality of life in our elderly communities.

Tiffany Benton

Life Enrichment Director

Tiffany combines a strong background in hospitality, healthcare, and events with her education in design and sustainability to create an environment for everyone to thrive in. As an Artist she strives to continually grow and serve others with her passion for sustainability and a holistic approach to healthy living. Tiffany is excited to work with the team and the residents to make Vineyard an inspiring place to be where everyone is an integral part of a whole.

Sandra Chrisp

Resident Care Coordinator

Sandra has 20+ years’ experience in HealthCare Management. Her career has focused on being compassionate while caring for seniors and their families. Sandra’s passion for older adults was influenced by her grandmother who developed complications with chronic diabetes. Taking care of her grandmother instilled a desire to learn and advance in this field. Caring for our older generations is a blessing and Sandra does it with such kindness and grace.

Shaquilla Virece

Memory Care Director

With over 12 years experience in the healthcare field, Shaquilla found her passion of working with the elderly. Her gift of caring for others was evident as a young girl and was fostered by her grandparents over the years. Building strong relationships with families, residents and staff is an important part of her role in our community. Shaquilla believes in enjoying and promoting life and that a smile can make the world a better place!  She has two children who live in Texas and a dog, a lilac pitbull.

Ben Kimbrell

Environmental Services Director

Ben has over 18 years’ experience in the healthcare industry within the maintenance field. He describes himself as a lifelong learner, always curious and continuing to grow in his knowledge in all areas of life. He has three children with his wife of 18 years, enjoys gardening, good movies and spending time with family. He has invested many years volunteering and leading in his local church and creating opportunities for the community. He is looking forward to serving the Vineyard Johns Creek Community and residents.
